Sweden’s Viking Power combines sleep and recovery in its all-new Ymir

Viking Power is a popular brand that’s extensively available through the equally popular supplement retailer MM Sports, and it is no slouch when it comes to having a wide variety of products. Viking Power covers many different categories, and this week, it has released an all-new supplement named Ymir, that like most of the brand’s other items, gets its name from Norse Mythology.

Ymir from Viking Power is a nighttime recovery product that takes our preferred approach by featuring ingredients to support and improve sleep but also muscle recovery and repair. The full formula behind the supplement is quite packed, including the likes of theanine, GABA, chamomile extract, and a solid half a gram of ashwagandha to help on the relaxation and sleep side of things.

Viking Power has also thrown in a whole bunch of ingredients in Ymir to support its muscle recovery benefits, such as a full spectrum of all nine EAAs at a combined 5g with 4g of that BCAAs. There are several other aminos in the product as well, such as glutamine, arginine, and lysine, 80mg of n-acetyl-l-cysteine, MSM for joint health, half a gram of collagen, and a gram of HMB.

While sleep supplements aren’t uncommon, it’s not common to see the approach Viking Power has taken in Ymir, where it combines sleep with recovery to ensure you get a good night’s sleep and wake up feeling refreshed and ready to go. The product is available from MM Sports in Passion Pineapple and Blood Orange flavors for as low as 223 SEK (26.16 USD) in Ymir’s triple pack.
