In late 2019, the beverage brand Ugly, known for its clean and zero-calorie Sparkling Water, came out with a different kind of product with the Ugly Energized energy drink. Like the brand’s original release, Ugly Energized has no calories and is powered by a blend of B vitamins, ginseng, guarana, and a moderate 160mg of caffeine from natural sources.
Ugly launched Ugly Energized in four flavors to start with Peach, Pink Lemonade, Lemon Lime, and Berry, a menu that had yet to be added to since the product’s debut until now. The beverage brand is rolling out three new flavors this week with a classic Fruit Punch, Mango Soda, and what we have to assume is a Mountain Dew-like taste called Mountain Ugly.
Ugly has also noticeably changed Ugly Energized’s name to Ugly Energy Water, which is, of course, fitting for the sparkling water brand. It still has all of those same main ingredients for an anytime boost in energy. You can purchase any of the flavors starting this week from Ugly’s online store in cases of 12 instead of the original 24, but suitably for half the price at $24.99.
