PhD hopes to kickstart your day with its latest Smart Series supplement

phd nutrition smart breakfast

The ever-expanding PhD Nutrition has added another item to its family of Smart protein products this week, which includes the likes of Smart Protein Plant, Smart Butter, and the delicious Smart Bar. The newest entry in the collection is Smart Breakfast, a meal replacement supplement formulated for fans to mix together in the morning and kickstart their day.

PhD Nutrition’s Smart Breakfast doesn’t come with a whole lot of servings per tub at just ten, although it reflects that in its price at £14.99 (20.81 USD), working out to £1.50 (2.92 USD) a serving. It also has a nice variety of flavors with three to choose from in a chocolate-based taste named Chocolate Cereal Milk, Morning Berries, and Lemon & Blueberry.

The balanced nutrition profile in a serving of Smart Breakfast starts with a moderate 26g of protein, alongside 20g of carbohydrates with less than a gram of that sugar, 3.6g of fat, and 220 calories. The protein and carbs primarily come from oat flour, whey concentrate, and soy isolate, and there are a few other ingredients in there to make it a bit more complete.

On top of the meal replacement macros, PhD Nutrition has added a full spectrum of vitamins and minerals to Smart Breakfast, as well as LactoSpore probiotics, digestive enzymes, and a nice 140mg of caffeine for a bit of energy. The supplement is truly a meal replacement supplement to kickstart your day and is available now over at phd.com.
