Aware is releasing a second pre-workout with a similar but lighter formula

aware nutrition aura 7 pre-workout

Swedish brand Aware Nutrition is teasing an all-new supplement for release right at the end of this month on the 30th, which is Wednesday of next week. When the brand first came to market, it launched a stimulant pre-workout simply named “Aware Pre-Workout”, and that is the exact category Aware is looking to hit again in just over one week’s time.

The still-growing brand has dropped a teaser of the upcoming supplement, confirming its official name, category, and what looks to be several of its key ingredients. The title of Aware Nutrition’s newest stimulant pre-workout is Aura-7, and it is loaded with ingredients to support energy, focus, pumps, and performance, and it’s completely transparent.

The ingredients and dosages confirmed for Aware Nutrition’s Aura-7 are 6g of citrulline malate, 4g of beta-alanine, 600mg of PEA, n-acetyl-l-tyrosine, 300mg of caffeine, 200mg of theanine, and half a gram of alpha-GPC. That formula is similar to the brand’s original Aware Pre-Workout, which has 25% more citrulline malate and caffeine, double the theanine, and more n-acetyl-l-tyrosine.

Based on what we know so far, Aware Nutrition’s second-ever stimulant pre-workout seems like a more toned-down version of its first effort, mostly due to the similar ingredients and lower dosages. We should get a much better idea about what’s in Aura-7 in the coming days, as mentioned, the supplement is dropping in just over a week on the 30th.
