eFlow drops alpha-GPC and glycerol from Enflate but increases its citrulline

eflow reformulated enflate

eFlow Nutrition recently released a fresh new flavor for its stimulant-free and stackable pump-enhancing pre-workout Enflate with Sour Mango; although it turns out, that’s not all the brand has done to the supplement. Alongside the new flavor, eFlow has decided to reformulate and really simplify the product, dropping a couple of its original ingredients and increasing the amount of another.

The features no longer in eFlow Nutrition’s pump pre-workout Enflate are alpha-GPC previously at 200mg per serving and its 1.5g of Hydromax branded glycerol. As mentioned, removing ingredients isn’t all the brand has done; it’s also added back into the stimulant-free supplement, increasing the amount of citrulline malate by 50% to 6g and switching to a higher ratio of citrulline to malic acid at 4:1.

eFlow Nutrition’s renewed Enflate is still all about enhancing pumps for your workout with its blend of citrulline and agmatine, as well as improving mental focus thanks to its choline and huperzine. The product is a bit more expensive than when we checked in a few months ago too, costing $44.99 for a tub of 30 full servings through the brand’s website, compared to its previous $39.99.
