Complete Protein gives Huel fans a more traditional yet still comprehensive product

huel complete protein powder

Mainstream health and wellness brand Huel has introduced a new protein powder, separate from any of its other protein-based supplements, including the original Huel Powder, Huel Black, and Huel Professional. The key difference with the brand’s all-new Huel Complete Protein is that it is more a traditional protein powder, whereas those others are meal replacement type products.

Huel’s Complete Protein is as lean as a typical protein powder, packing 20g of protein per serving, all coming from plant-based sources in regular pea and pea isolate, fava bean, and hemp seed protein. The carbohydrates in a single serving of the vegan-friendly supplement are impressively low at around 3g, except the Unflavored option, which has 1.5g, then you have 1 to 1.3g of fat and 105 calories.

To make Complete Protein a bit more comprehensive, similar to its many meal replacement products, Huel has added a full spectrum of vitamins and minerals with a variety of 26. The supplement also has some other extra features in black pepper to improve absorption, probiotics for gut health, and free-form aminos in leucine and lysine, although it doesn’t list how much.

Huel’s more traditional type of protein powder, Complete Protein, is now available for purchase from its online store at huel.com, coming in at the same price as the original Huel Powder. The brand’s new product will cost you £50 (70.68 USD) for a bag of 26 servings in Salted Caramel, Vanilla Fudge, Chocolate Fudge Brownie, Banana Milkshake, Strawberries and Cream, and Unflavored options.
