BPS Pharma’s latest version of its flagship stimulant pre-workout, Not4Pussy, has launched this weekend, as the brand promised, officially introducing Not4Pussy Black Legacy Edition. The German supplement company said Black Legacy Edition is its most powerful pre-workout to-date and the first-ever product where it’s combined a lot of focus and pump ingredients.
To enhance muscle pumps, BPS Pharma has packed Not4Pussy Black Legacy Edition with a rather light 3.33g of citrulline malate, 133mg of pine bark, and 1.1g of Nitrosigine. For the mental focus side of the supplement, where, as mentioned, the brand promised a strong set of ingredients, you get a gram of n-acetyl-l-tyrosine, 300mg of alpha-GPC, and 200mg of ashwagandha.
While BPS Pharma has delivered on its promise, packing Not4Pussy Black Legacy Edition with several pump and focus ingredients, we thought there would still be a potent blend for energy. That is not the case, which is surprising as many past Not4Pussy pre-workouts were known for that, such as Not4Pussy 1Once-A-Summa featuring caffiene, yohimbine, and AMP citrate.
BPS Pharma has put caffeine into Not4Pussy Black Legacy Edition as well, at a moderate 200mg in a full serving. Based on the main ingredients, it does look like the pre-workout will have some good pumps and focus, but again, it isn’t as loaded in the energy department. The product is available for a limited time from the BPS website at €38.90 (47.33 USD) for a tub of 32 servings.
