Onnit’s latest entry into the Alpha Brain family is a compact shot featuring a slightly different blend of ingredients compared to the other Alpha Brains, although still aiming to deliver that elevated energy and focus. The Alpha Brain Focus Shot includes ingredient highlights such as 250mg of lion’s mane, a gram of n-acetyl-l-tyrosine, and 100mg of theanine. Several premium branded features have also made the cut with 300mg of KSM-66 ashwagandha, half the more common dose of 600mg, 250mg of Cognizin citicoline, and a moderate 50mg of InnovaTea natural caffeine.
