Each serving of Real Meal Grab & Go has 18g of protein from whey concentrate and egg white, 21g of carbohydrates with half a gram of that sugar and oatmeal as the primary source, 8g of fat thanks to the inclusion of MCTs, and a calorie count of 223.
You can, of course, scale the serving to suit your needs; for example, if you prefer your protein closer to 50g, you can throw down three servings and get 54g of protein, 63g of carbs, 24g of fat, and 669 calories.
