Later this week, the massive sports-nutrition convention FIBO is taking place in Cologne, Germany, with many supplement brands confirmed to be exhibiting. Legacy hardcore company Mutant is going to be one of those notable names in attendance, and it’s going to be making a major announcement with an addition to its star-studded list of athletes.
There are already a lot of popular personalities on team Mutant, with the likes of Dusty Hanshaw, Ron Partlow, Shawn Ray, and reigning two-time Ms. Olympia champion Andrea Shaw. The brand is promoting its upcoming signing as something of “epic proportions”, which seems like a play on words as it is a big announcement and related to a large bodybuilder.
The teaser image Mutant is using to build excitement for its big news is certainly doing its job, as you can see above. It calls on the fact that the brand has had the legendary Rich Piana on its roster before saying “unforgettable past” then, for the other half of the image, we see a silhouette of the men’s bodybuilder alongside the words “unstoppable future”.
