It does indeed feature a more pre-workout style formula than your typical energy drink, packing 4g of citrulline malate, 100mg of acetyl-l-carnitine, 3g of beta-alanine, and a moderate 200mg of caffeine for energy.
Genius Nutrition now looks to have come out with that more mainstream energy drink in Warcry Energy, which from what we can see, features a slightly different formula to the Warcry PWO beverage. The brand is promoting two critical ingredients for Warcry Energy, and it’s not citrulline and beta-alanine like Warcry PWO, with components to support energy, focus, and cognition.
Based on the information Genius Nutrition has shared on Warcry Energy, the difference from Warcry PWO to this one looks to be similar to C4 Energy versus C4 Smart Energy. Warcry Energy is built more for anytime use rather than before exercise or a workout, with those two key ingredients being premium Cognizin citicoline and 200mg of InnovaTea natural caffeine.
