Titan Nutrition makes and markets its fourth pre-workout for Crossfitters

Titan Nutrition Grit Rx

South Africa’s Titan Nutrition has put together another competitor for the pre-workout category, separate from the several entries it already has in the space with War Machine, Pump Station, and Extreme Pre Wreck. The brand’s fourth pre-workout is named Grit RX, and it is specifically designed for Crossfit enthusiasts, putting performance and endurance as the main focus over intense stimulant-driven energy.

While Titan Nutrition has formulated and markets its Grit RX to the world of Crossfit, it is essentially a pre-workout for anyone that feels the performance and endurance-enhancing formula is ideal for them. While those benefits are an important part of the supplement and its experience, the brand has still squeezed in a few other components to support the common stimulating effects of energy and focus.

The key ingredients and dosages powering Titan Nutrition’s Grit RX include a solid 6g of citrulline malate, 2.5g of betaine, a full 3.2g of beta-alanine, 1.5g of taurine, and 2g of creatine HCl for strength and power. Then to give you a nice boost in energy and focus, you get 1.5g each of tyrosine and choline bitartrate, and a moderate 200mg of caffeine.

Grit RX is said to be officially launching through Titan Nutrition’s online store in a few days, although it is already live, in stock, and available for purchase at titanworld.co.za. The latest pre-workout from the brand is cheaper than War Machine and Pump Station but a bit more than Extreme Pre Wreck at R399 (23.34 USD) for a tub of 20 maximum servings in just two flavor options to start; Lemonade Raid and Blueberry Crusher.
