Fall comes to Enlightened in two seasonal flavors of its delicious light ice cream

Enlightened Pumpkin Cheesecake

The fun of the fall season has come to the frozen functional food company Enlightened by way of two special edition flavors of its delicious, high-protein, and low-calorie ice cream. One of them is, of course, pumpkin-themed, as with almost every other brand that has pumped something out for the season, while the other is a little less common and in support of a cause.

Enlightened’s creations are a Pumpkin Cheesecake ice cream, packing a light pumpkin-flavored ice cream with cheesecake chunks scattered throughout. The other one is called Bake The World A Better Place, which is a pecan pie-based flavor of the healthier-for-you ice cream, featuring a pecan pie ice cream, a swirl of honey, and crumbly pie crust pieces. All profits from Bake The World A Better Place will also be donated to Diversify Dietetics.

The macros on Pumpkin Cheesecake and Bake The World A Better Place ice creams are similar to Enlightened’s many other flavors with 14 to 15g of protein per pint, 18 to 30g of net carbohydrates, 12 to 16g of fat, and 320 to 370 calories. The products are available now through the brand’s website, although only for a limited time at its usual $9 a pint or eight for $8 a piece.
