Myprotein squeezes 11g protein into a handful of gummies but they are quite expensive

Myprotein Protein Gummies

The deliciously sweet, candy-like gummy supplement format has become relatively popular this past year, with several brands coming out with something in that style, and they haven’t all been health and wellness-focused like in the past. International giant Myprotein is no stranger to gummy products, rolling out many of its own, although we had yet to see one like its latest gummy innovation.

Myprotein is introducing Protein Gummies this week, and they are exactly what they sound like, bite-sized gummy candies that are packed full of protein. The product is a great way to get extra protein into your diet; however, they aren’t all that lean. Every serving of eight gummies has 11g of protein and zero fat, but a hefty 22g of carbohydrates with 14g of that sugar, giving you a calorie count of 135.

Protein Gummies from Myprotein will likely give you the sweet and smooth gummy experience most people are familiar with, alongside some protein, although again, not without the cost of twice as many carbohydrates. Another interesting point of the intriguing Protein Gummies available only in a peach flavor, is the price, as a bottle of 56 gummies isn’t cheap, and you don’t get many servings.

As mentioned, a serving of Myprotein’s Protein Gummies consists of eight gummies, and with 56 in a bottle, that means you only get seven servings or a grand total of 77g of protein. That wouldn’t be so bad if the cost from myprotein.com wasn’t £22.99 (26.48 USD), meaning the product works out to £3.28 (3.78 USD) a serving or £6.57 (7.57 USD) if you want to push to a more respectable 22g of protein.
