Every year the Protein Wars gets more and more competitive, and this year it is no different, with the quarterfinals going off and adding thousands of additional votes to the total from round one. Last week we had the most popular 16 from our opening battle to vote on, split into four groups of four, and this week we move into the semifinals with the winner of each of those groups progressing.
After an intense contest in all of the rounds, some of them changing leads a few times across the week, we have our four semifinalists in the 2022 or tenth annual Protein Wars, and it is going to make for a heated final two weeks. For the second to last round of the protein powder showdown, we have two pairs of supplements battling it out, and the winner of each pair will be moving on to the grand final.
In the first group of the Protein Wars semifinals, we have Ghost Whey taking on RYSE’s Loaded Protein, and making up the other half of the competition is Muscletech’s Nitro-Tech Whey Gold and newcomer V1 Nutra’s V1 Pro. As per usual, you can vote once per group over at proteinwars.com, and you have until midnight this coming Sunday Eastern Time, with the grand final kicking off the next day.
