HR Labs swaps out a few ingredients for the third iteration of its Defib pre-workout

Hr Labs Defib V3

After teasing the third version of its signature stimulant pre-workout Defib earlier this week, the reputable UK brand HR Labs has revealed the formula powering its promising Defib V3. As expected from the reliable brand, the follow-up to V2 is a loaded pre-workout, built to support all of the typical benefits and effects from increased energy and mental focus to enhanced muscle pumps and performance.

We’ve got the complete facts panel for HR Labs’ Defib V3 in the image below, where you’ll see everything is respectably and effectively dosed in the pre-workout’s hefty 21g serving. On the energy and focus side, you get a potent 400mg of caffeine, half a gram of juniper berry, a gram of acetyl-l-carnitine, 300mg of RhodioPrime rhodiola, 200mg of mucuna pruriens, and 300mg of the premium, caffeine-free stimulant enXtra.

Driving the other half of the experience in Defib V3 — the muscle pumps and endurance — HR Labs relies on a sizeable 8g of citrulline malate, a gram of the PeakO2 performance blend, 1.5g of taurine, 2.5g of betaine, and one more premium component in the pump-powering AmentoPump at 150mg. We also can’t forget rounding it all out for better absorption and, in turn, more effectiveness is 50mg of the ever-present and proven AstraGin.

Many of those ingredients and dosages were present in Defib V3’s predecessor, including the 8g of citrulline malate, a gram of PeakO2, and 400mg of caffeine. HR Labs removed several components for the sequel pre-workout in alpha-GPC, the clumping glycerol, and phosphatidylserine. However, as you can see, the brand also added ingredients to fill those gaps with AmentoPump, RhodioPrime rhodiola, and mucuna pruriens.

HR Labs has made several tweaks and edits for its third iteration of the Defib pre-workout, all while maintaining many of the original core features to give fans some familiarity. The supplement itself, officially and appropriately titled Defib V3, will be making its way to market shortly, although the next announcement is going to cover the refreshed look of the product and the flavors we’re in for.
