Thunder Storm gives Tsunami another premium competitor in the pre-workout category

Tsunami Nutrition Thunder Storm

Tsunami Nutrition in Italy has entered another competitor into the saturated pre-workout category to go alongside its many already available supplements, from Tsunami Pure to Focus Pure, and the compact and convenient pre-workout shot Shock Pure. Thunder Storm is the latest product from the brand for the highly-competitive space, and it is a beast of a supplement, carrying a somewhat premium price tag of €49.90 (55.05 USD).

Thunder Storm from Tsunami Nutrition packs a nice variety of ingredients and reasonable dosages, covering the core pre-workout benefits from energy and focus to pumps and performance. There aren’t a huge amount of components included to support each of those effects, and most of them aren’t at over-the-top dosages, with some of the biggest ones being 5g of citrulline malate for pumps and 3g of beta-alanine for performance.

To further power pumps and performance, Tsunami Nutrition packs its Thunder Storm pre-workout with 100mg of grape skin, a rather light gram of betaine, 300mg of bitter orange, and a moderate amount of caffeine at 200mg. The numbers on a serving do leave room to throw down two servings for a workout, which will push you up to 10g of citrulline malate, 2g of betaine, 6g of beta-alanine, and a potent 400mg of hard-hitting energy.

The downside to throwing back two servings of Thunder Storm from Tsunami Nutrition is that it would leave you with 15 a tub instead of 30, and the supplement company does, indeed, direct users to take a single, nothing more. As mentioned, Thunder Storm is available straight from the brand’s online store at €49.90 for a tub of 30 servings with two fruity flavors to choose from, both citrusy, in straightforward Orange and Lemon.
