BCAA Energy is one of EVL’s more popular supplements, featuring a clean and clear hybrid formula outlined in the title. It brings together a solid 5g of BCAAs at the usual 2:1:1 ratio to support muscle recovery and repair, half a gram each of alanine, taurine, and beta-alanine, and finally, a 110mg blend of caffeine and green tea. All of the ingredients come in flavored powder format with a nice selection of tastes expanding into double digits.
EVL has introduced a spin-off of that popular supplement with BCAA Energy + Electrolytes, and it is essentially a slightly more advanced version of BCAA Energy that combines everything from the original with electrolytes for hydration. It’s great to see the brand genuinely keep all of the ingredients of BCAA Energy for BCAA Energy + Electrolytes at their exact dosages, and the electrolyte portion has a nice premium touch to it.
BCAA Energy + Electrolytes has added the Calci-K blend of calcium, potassium, and phosphorus, and superior Albion chelated minerals, in an effort to give fans all of the same benefits as BCAA Energy plus reliable electrolytes and hydration support. The extras bump up the price a bit from the original’s $22.99, where BCAA Energy + Electrolytes comes in at $28.74 at evlution.com in two flavors to start with Grape Splash and Orange Mango.
