Viterna squeezes over 10g actives into its Gladiator Blood and Pump pre-workout shots

Viterna Gladiator Blood And Pump Shot

Viterna in Sweden has taken two of its competitors in the pre-workout category by the name of Gladiator Blood and Gladiator Pump, and turned them into convenient on-the-go shots. The items are simply named Gladiator Blood Shot and Gladiator Pump Shot, and considering they are liquid shots, not bulk tubs of powder like the originals, their ingredients and dosages aren’t identical, but their purpose and goals are the same.

While Viterna’s shot versions of Gladiator Blood and Gladiator Pump are simpler, it’s not by much, with the brand managing to squeeze in quite robust formulas, both featuring over 10g of actives. Like the original, the Gladiator Blood Shot is a balanced pre-workout, built with stimulants for energy, focus, pumps, and performance, including 400mg of lion’s mane, 3.5g of beta-alanine, a solid 6g of citrulline malate, 2g of arginine HCl, 40mg of juglans regia, and a strong 300mg of caffeine.

Moving on to Viterna’s Gladiator Pump Shot, also like its original counterpart, it is stimulant-free and focuses primarily on improving and enhancing muscle pumps. The pump-powering shot takes a couple of the main ingredients and dosages from the Gladiator Blood Shot with 6g of citrulline malate and 2g of arginine HCl, alongside B vitamins and 2g of GlycerPump glycerol, again all there to elevate pumps during your workout.

You can actually stack the Gladiator Blood Shot and Gladiator Pump Shot, as even though they double up on a couple of ingredients, we have seen those combined amounts in other supplements, and they should make for an even better experience with 12g of citrulline malate and 4g of arginine. The products are already out and available in Viterna’s home country in the same two flavors each with Fruit Fizz and Strawberry Peach.
