Pure Protein’s protein chips get their first new flavor a year after launch in Sweet Chili

Sweet Chili Pure Protein Popped Crisps

Around this time last year, the mainstream functional food company Pure Protein expanded into one of the more uncommon formats for protein snacking in Pure Protein Popped Crisps. It is a bag of crispy and crunchy chips that are high in protein, packing 12g of protein per bag at just 1 to 2g of sugar and some impressively low calories at 150. The brand and product hit the market in Sour Cream & Onion and Hickory Barbecue, and roughly one year later, a third classic chip taste is being added to the menu.

Joining that original pair of flavors in Sour Cream & Onion and Hickory Barbecue Pure Protein Popped Crisps is another taste as traditional in the mainstream chip aisle with Sweet Chili. The spicier experience still has all of those same great snack-sized macros, including a respectable 12g of protein per bag, 6g of fat, 13g of carbohydrates, a light 2g of sugar, and 150 calories. You can get the product now over on Amazon at $21.99, and that’ll get you a box of a dozen bags, working out to under $2 per unit.
