Per4m debuts its all-new and well-dosed pre-workout Pre at the UK Arnold Expo

Per4m Pre

The team at Per4m is debuting a fresh new pre-workout at the Arnold Sports Festival in the UK this year, which is kicking off with its first day today. The supplement is simply named Per4m Pre, and compared to its current competitor in the category of Flow State, it looks to be a more robust and well-dosed step up. Pre actually has several ingredients in common with the new entry, but with a lot more alongside all of that, and it’s focused primarily on pre-workout without any weight loss infusion.

The combination packed into the all-new pre-workout Per4m Pre is nice and well-rounded, with at least one ingredient supporting each of the core benefits in energy, focus, pumps, and performance. It also has a bit of pink Himalayan salt in there, as well as a few other electrolyte sources to support and improve hydration and performance, and an effective 50mg dose of AstraGin to optimize absorption and ensure you get the most out of the ingredients in the supplement.

Per4m Pre Label

Driving the pump and performance portion of Per4m Pre is a solid 8g of citrulline, a substantial leap up from Flow State and its 5g of citrulline malate, 2g of taurine, and the ever-present beta-alanine at its full and typical amount of 3.2g a serving. Then, fulfilling the purpose of better energy and focus, there is a gram of tyrosine, the same as Flow State, 250mg of CDP choline, bitter orange, 250mg of juniper berry, theanine, theobromine, and a reliably strong level of caffeine anhydrous at 300mg.

Per4m Pre is a solid and respectably dosed pre-workout, and a nice step up from Flow State, offering more for pumps as well as a bump in energy and focus. Fans of Flow State will get some familiarity in experience, but again, it doesn’t have that weight loss twist of added grains of paradise, it’s genuinely an all-out pre-workout. We’re not sure about the price of the supplement, but it does have the more traditional 30 servings per tub, not 20 or 25, and a wide variety of seven different flavors.
