Liquid Death is giving away an actual jet and unlike the company from the 90s this is not a joke

Liquid Death has outdone itself once again, announcing a giveaway that trumps all other giveaways, and it all comes down to how easy it is to go in the draw and how absolutely massive the grand prize is. The canned water company is giving away an actual jet, specifically an Aero L-39 Albatros high-performance jet with a top speed of 470mph or 756 kmh. Liquid Death has even gone through the effort of branding this thing, putting its logo on it and calling it The Dehydrator due to how it’ll relieve you of your bodily fluids.

Directly in the marketing of the giveaway, Liquid Death brings up the famous 90s drama where someone saw a commercial from a giant soda company and believed they could redeem a jet as a prize. We’re fairly certain this is in reference to Pepsi’s 1996 campaign with an ad saying 7,000,000 points could earn you a harrier jet. Someone actually went through the trouble of getting that amount of points only to find out Pepsi said it was a joke, all of which you can learn about in the 2022 Netflix documentary, Pepsi, Where’s My Jet?

Liquid Death The Dehydrator

That is a great story and only relevant here as inspiration; as mentioned, Liquid Death is not playing around, as this competition is extremely real, as is everything the brand does. Not only will the lucky winner walk away with an Aero L-39 Albatros, but they will also get free hangar space for half a year, a cup holder for the cockpit for, of course, cans of Liquid Death, a branded flight helmet, and a year’s supply of Liquid Death.

As mentioned earlier, the path to go in the draw to win Liquid Death’s The Dehydrator performance jet is incredibly easy; all you need to do is buy cans of its water. The way it works is you sign up through this link here then text a picture of your receipts to the number provided, and you’re in. You do have to be 18 or older to enter, and as strange as this may sound to some if for whatever reason you do not want the Aero L-39 Albatros jet, hangar space, and all of that, Liquid Death will give you a briefcase with $250,000 cash.
