The Man Shake gets into weight loss and energy for men and women with Boost

The Man Shake Boost

The Australian nutrition company The Man Shake, which is the sister brand of The Lady Shake and The Kids Shake, has introduced an energy supplement called Boost, and it comes in two versions, one for its signature Man Shake line and another for its women’s selection. The product does have a nice variety of ingredients for more than just the boost effect mentioned in its name, and the brand is completely transparent, listing dosages of everything over on its website.

The Man Shake and Lady Shake’s Boost is sort of an anytime energy-boosting supplement for any occasion where you may need extra energy and a touch of focus, and there are also some weight management components in either version. The formula puts it more in line with your typical fat burner, as again, weight loss is part of what it offers, as well as hormone health thanks to its 150mg of DIM, and that is all paired with a blend of ingredients to elevate energy and focus.

The breakdown of ingredients that are present in both The Man Shake’s Boost and The Lady Shake’s Boost are a single gram carnitine blend of carnitine tartrate and acetyl-l-carnitine, enhancing metabolism, the thermogenic components grains of paradise and GBB at 15mg each, the natural diuretic dandelion extract, and the premium and proven weight management ingredient InnoSlim at 125mg.

The Lady Shake Boost

In the areas of energy and focus is where The Man Shake’s version of Boost and The Lady Shake’s begin to differ as the former relies on 100mg each of theobromine and theanine, oleoylethanolamide, phosphatidylserine at 100mg, ginseng, half a gram of n-acetyl-l-tyrosine, a reasonable 30mg of saffron, and synephrine. The Lady Shake’s Boost has all of those, but instead of phosphatidylserine and ginseng, it has the diindolylmethane or DIM, as mentioned earlier, for the purpose of supporting and optimizing hormone health.

Again, the variety of ingredients is reasonable, with most of the formulas of The Man Shake and The Lady Shakes’ Boost being for weight management, plus added energy and focus benefits. They do both have caffeine to guarantee the title-referenced “Boost”, and while it’s not supremely high, it is alongside everything else that’s in there for the sensory effects at a consistent 150mg in the Man’s and Lady’s versions.

You can get The Man Shake’s Boost directly through its online store at themanshake.com.au and The Lady Shake’s Boost from the same place, and they are available for the same price of $49.95 (33.47 USD), which isn’t too bad for a tub of 30 servings and it’s rare that you see something in that $30 range these days. Either way you go, The Man Shake or The Lady Shake variant of the Boost, you have the same two flavors to choose from in the exotic Pine Passionfruit and a sweet Raspberry.
