Introducing Benchmark and version one of its debut supplement the pre-workout Pre-X

Introducing Benchmark Nutrition And Pre X

Benchmark Nutrition is a colorful newcomer to the international scene of the growing sports nutrition industry, and it is looking to make its mark in one of the toughest categories of them all: pre-workout. The name of the brand’s one and only debut product is Pre-X, and it does come with a numeral alongside it just to let you know this is the very start for the newcomer with Pre-X 1.0, and presumably, sequels from here will change that to the likes of Pre-X 2.0, 3.0 and so on.

The first iteration of Pre-X sees Benchmark Nutrition squeeze in various commonly used, reliable pre-workout ingredients, supporting all of the core benefits of this sort of supplement. The sports nutrition product doesn’t have an overly hefty serving size, sitting at 6g, which is divided up across eight different ingredients, and should pack a bit of a punch on the stimulating side.

For performance and endurance, Benchmark Nutrition’s Pre-X 1.0 has a full 3.2g of the ever-present beta-alanine and a single-gram dose of creatine monohydrate. Continuing down the product’s label, you get juniper berry, huperzine, and a strong 300mg of caffeine. There are also a couple of stimulants that almost guarantee Pre-X will hit with the always intense alpha yohimbine at a milligram in each of its 30 servings and 200mg of the strong eria jarensis, but the quality NeuroPEA branded eria.

For its first outing in the sports nutrition industry, Benchmark Nutrition has made it clear it’s looking for a good amount of energy and focus in Pre-X 1.0, and this is just the beginning. Again, the brand has attached a version number to the pre-workout, making it possible that Benchmark looks to learn, evolve, and expand its selection of supplements, but we are only here at the beginning of the story, so we’ll be sure to keep an eye out and share any developments from the newcomer.
