With a precise 8.9g of fat, the calories of the BSc and Chupa Chups Soft Protein Bar come in reasonably moderate at 212 to 216, which is low overall, but keep in mind that’s for 16g of protein, not the heights of Barebells and Grenade that are 20g or more and taste amazing.
