Pina Colada flavor is on the way for Rockstar’s unique Boom energy drink

Pina Colada Rockstar Boom

Rockstar is home to all sorts of different energy drinks, similar to the behemoth Monster, where you get options with different sets of ingredients and intentions, as well as a variety of approaches to flavor. Rockstar Boom is one of the long-running company’s more intriguing efforts and it does require some explaining, as it’s not exactly an extra boom of energy as you may think. The difference with this particular offering is the taste, as it somewhat of a creamy, almost milkshake-angle.

The two flavors currently on the market for the Rockstar Boom energy drink are Whipped Strawberry and Whipped Orange, the former providing a twist of strawberry in an almost dessert-like experience, and the latter is described as a nostalgic whipped orange soda. In the coming weeks, the unique energy drink is getting another flavor to go alongside Whipped Strawberry and Whipped Orange, but it’s not really like either of them going off of the name with a Pina Colada Rockstar Boom.

We’re guessing the upcoming Pina Colada Rockstar Boom will aim to deliver that same sort of milkshake or even dessert-like flavor ride with the signature features of the classic pina colada cocktail in pineapple and coconut. That all comes with Rockstar Boom’s usual 160mg of caffeine, b vitamins, ginseng, guarana, and a good amount of sugar at an eye-watering 68g of carbohydrates, 67g of that sugar, working out to a protein bar-level of calories of 280 in a traditional 16oz can.
