In a surprise twist, although not too surprising for longtime fans of NutraBio and its reputable catalog of sports nutrition supplements; there are two versions of the revamped and revitalized PRE pre-workout that have hit the market today. It is stacked full of pump components, including 10g of straight citrulline and over 3g of combined NO3-T nitrates, plus alpha-gpc, choline, tyrosine, and caffeine for energy and focus.
For the longest time, NutraBio’s flagship pre-workout PRE has been available in a core version as well as Stim-Free PRE that is practically identical but without any stimulants. Alongside the powerhouse reformulation of PRE is indeed an updated Stim-Free PRE. Similar to past iterations of that supplement, the 2025 edition has everything the stimulant-powered PRE does, from the huge 10g of citrulline down to the 50mg of AstraGin for better absorption and efficacy; however, there is no 350mg of caffeine in this.
NutraBio’s Stim-Free PRE is essentially PRE without the caffeine, so you can expect all of the same pump, performance, and focus support, but no energy. It is a perfect alternative for those that workout late at night and don’t want the caffeine distrupting their sleep, anyone who likes to tailor the caffeine to them, or those that simply prefer no caffeine.
