NutriYummy pushes out its well-rounded pre-workout in powder and a shot

Nutriyummy Cratos Pre Workout

NutriYummy Nutrition is another extensive sports nutrition company over in Europe, although it is from further into Eastern Europe, based out of Greece. The brand takes care of consumers in a whole host of categories, including, of course, protein powder, amino acids, functional foods, protein bars, and protein-infused baking mixes. The latest innovation from NutriYummy is quite a hardcore formulation compared to its other efforts in the pre-workout Cratos.

Despite the rules and regulations being much tighter in Europe, including competitors in Greece, NutriYummy Nutrition has packed out its all-new Cratos pre-workout relatively well. The brand’s full-serving comes with 4.9g of beta-alanine to drive performance, and for pumps, 1.7g of pure citrulline, 3.5g of citrulline malate, and 3.5g of arginine AKG. They aren’t the stacked dosages we’ve seen here in the US, but again, for that part of the world, they’re not too bad.

Nutriyummy Cratos Label

While the pump and performance side of NutriYummy Nutrition’s Cratos is taken care of with those ingredients highlighted above, there is still plenty of nootropics and stimulants to enhance mental focus, drive, and energy. There isn’t as much in this department by way of 437mg of tyrosine, far from the 2 to 3g we typically see here in the US, green tea, guarana, and a relatively strong 320mg of caffeine. Cratos does a good job covering all of the core pre-workout benefits, and there is also actually a shot version with many of the same key ingredients and dosages.

NutriYummy Nutrition’s Cratos pre-workout comes in two flavors, with Fruit Punch and Cola, both with 30 maximum servings per tub. Again, there is also a Cratos pre-workout shot, packing 5g of citrulline malate, 3g of beta-alanine, and 300mg of caffeine, and that product comes in a lone Grapefruit option. NutriYummy is rolling out the innovations to close out the month of March, and it will be exhibiting at FIBO next week, so visitors can look out for Cratos at its booth.
