PharmaFreak brings back Amino Freak as a hybrid amino acid energy product

Pharmafreak Amino Freak

PharmaFreak has been picking up its innovation frequency quite a bit over the last couple of years, and it promised to step things up even more for 2025, saying it would be doubling its output with at least one all-new supplement every month for the first two quarters. Contributing to that count here in the early stages of March is the return of the brand’s amino cocktail Amino Freak, which was available previously, several years ago, with this version bringing the product into the modern age.

The newly released Amino Freak from PharmaFreak centers around a solid dosage of recovery and performance-supporting amino acids. BCAAs were all the rage back when the brand initially brought Amino Freak to market, although here we’ve got a blend of various aminos, not necessarily essential amino acids. The new Amino Freak has 5g made up of BCAAs, a few EAAs, theanine, citrulline, and tyrosine, but the majority of the blend is from the non-essential and conditionally essential amino acids taurine and glutamine.

In addition to the variety of aminos, PharmaFreak has given Amino Freak the now rather common hybrid twist with an infusion of energy. Next to the 5g blend is a complex of caffeine, theobromine, and green tea, providing a total of 125mg of caffeine. The legacy brand has managed to keep the cost of the rather complex supplement nice and low at just under $30 at $29.99 before any discount. That also gets you a bit more servings than the traditional 30 at 40, in one flavor to start in Raspberry Iced Tea.
