Chemical Warfare targets hydration more specifically in its Hydrate Electrolyte Complex

Chemical Warfare Hydrate

Chemical Warfare has been a lot busier these past few weeks following its recent announcement or explanation of sorts, about why it’s been so quiet. The usually loud, reputable, and fast-paced brand promised plenty of innovation in 2025, and we’ve got a piece of that in the recently released Hydrate. The name of the product is clearly very straightforward, however, it is quite the opposite on the inside as Chemical Warfare has built out a relatively robust formula.

Every serving of the hydration-specific supplement from Chemical Warfare comes with just under a gram of total electrolytes per serving, coming from quality sources, including Cocomineral-branded coconut water and Aquamin marine-sourced minerals. Where things get more complex is that Hydrate also comes with a gram of the performance-enhancer taurine as well as 1.5g of betaine anhydrous, and to ensure maximum absorption, there is a full dose of AstraGin.

Chemical Warfare Hydrate Label

The hydration category has exploded these last few years, and Chemical Warfare is taking a swing at that trend in a meaningful fashion with Hydrate. Fans of the brand already had hydration covered in the intra-workout Intra-Surgence, although that required you to invest in an advanced, robust formula. Hydrate is tailored exclusively for hydration, a more stripped-down electrolyte concoction, and that is reflected in the price at £19.99 for a tub of 30 servings in two fruity flavors.
