Applied releases a beef-based gainer complete with creatine, enzymes, BCAAs and more

Applied Nutrition Beef Mass Gainer

Beef-XP is a popular supplement from Applied Nutrition in the United Kingdom, which is sort of a collagen-based clear protein powder as opposed to the whey isolate-powered formulas you usually get. The brand does have a more traditional, clear protein supplement, so Beef-XP is simply an alternative, and this week, Applied has expanded on that beef department with the introduction of Beef Mass Gainer.

The supplement is very simply a clear-style protein powder, similar to Beef-XP, although to ensure it delivers on that “Mass Gainer” name, it has a whole bunch of extras. Each serving comes with 42g of protein from collagen plus added BCAAs for greater recovery, creatine monohydrate to further support muscle growth, probiotics and enzymes for digestion, and gut health, and 70g of carbohydrates to push the calories up to 452.

Beef Mass Gainer is everything its name says and a bit more, in a mass gainer that relies on beef or collagen, instead of the usual whey, a fair amount more in carbohydrates, plus the extra creatine and BCAAs to drive better recovery and growth. Applied Nutrition is launching its latest effort tomorrow, and it won’t be short on flavors with five to choose from, including authentic Millions candy collaborations.
