Before the fully loaded list of Nitrosurge pre-workouts, Jacked Factory had its first-ever supplement in the highly competitive category with the transparently dosed and comprehensive competitor, Altius Pre. That product went through a few iterations before eventually being discontinued, but again, the brand has followed with many alternatives. Here in 2025, Jacked Factory is resurrecting the product and bringing it into the modern age.
Jacked Factory’s 2025 edition of the Altius pre-workout is very much the same formula as its predecessors, with some better dosages and more reliable forms of ingredients. It’s actually quite interesting how close to the originals the returning supplement is, with all but really only one of the several ingredients not being something that Altius Pre has used before.
You can see the complete profile above with a hefty 10g of straight citrulline and 2.5g of betaine for muscle pumps, and a full 3.2g of beta-alanine and 5g of creatine for strength and performance. Then, for the sensory side of things, you get 600mg of AlphaSize alpha-gpc and 200mcg of huperzine to enhance focus, and 325mg of PurCaf caffeine for energy. As mentioned, it’s essentially the same core combination that Altius Pre had since the beginning, with stronger, modern dosages, including more citrulline, creatine, and alpha-gpc.
The new Altius slots into the Jacked Factory selection of pre-workouts just below Nitrosurge Max, or at least that’s where we’d put it. It has a similar variety of benefits, although it doesn’t go as deep into the energy and focus side of things. Either way, it’s genuinely fun to see the brand go back to its roots and resurrect Altius Pre with a new-age approach, and it’ll be launching soon in tubs of 20 servings in a Strawberry Mango flavor.
