Legacy brand Musashi is already in the beverage space with its complex energy drink simply named Musashi Energy, which continues to expand its menu, most recently with a sweet and refreshing Mango. Expanding its competitiveness in that department, the Australian company has launched another, slightly more functional effort in that format with the zero-sugar, at-burning Musashi Shred Energy Drink.
Musashi hasn’t gotten too complex in the formula of its newest carbonated and canned offering, with only a few ingredients in there to support the “Shred” or weight loss side of the supplement. Packed into the Shred Energy Drink is a light 113mg of caffeine and B vitamins for energy, then filling out the other side is chromium, green tea extract, and a bit of chromium in 300mg each of acetyl and carnitine tartrate.
Again, Musashi Shred Energy Drink is a more functional beverage with the infusion of weight management, although at the same time, it’s not a huge amount of ingredients, primarily a low dosage of carnitine and green tea. There is no sugar in the hybrid energy drink for just seven calories in a slim 12oz can, with three flavors to choose from: Raspberry Lemonade, Passionfruit, and Orange Mango.
