Flavor specialist Muscle Sport and its signature Lean Whey win their first Protein Wars title

Muscle Sport Lean Whey Wins Protein Wars 2025

The 2025 edition of Protein Wars, presented by AstraGin, has reached its conclusion, closing out another long run of competitive match-ups and sustained voting from readers across the world of supplements. As always, the competition narrowed from a deep field of close to 200 protein powders down to two, with consistent engagement driving each round forward. After four weeks, the championship once again came down to fan favorites in RYSE Loaded Protein and Muscle Sport Lean Whey.

In the end, Muscle Sport’s Lean Whey managed to edge out the multiple Protein Wars champion, RYSE Loaded Protein, securing its first-ever Protein Wars title after one of the tighter finals we’ve had in recent years. The margin remained narrow throughout the closing stretch, with both brands trading momentum as votes continued to roll in. Lean Whey held a lead from pretty early on, and kept it over the last few days, where RYSE and Loaded Protein usually come on strong and close the gap.

As with every year, the outcome was shaped entirely by the voters, whose steady participation carried the competition from start to finish. Tens of thousands of fans and followers took part across weeks of matchups, helping define another awesome result. We appreciate everyone who voted, followed along, and supported their preferred protein powders or picked a favorite between the varying competitors, as without your contribution we wouldn’t be able to host the Protein Wars.
