Growing Swedish brand AS Nutrition puts close to 2g of electrolytes in its hydration competitor

As Nutrition Hydrater

Sweden is one of the more interesting markets around the world, where you get a solid standard of formulations, many brands taking things into the premium realm, a whole host of innovative protein snacks, and a huge selection of functional drinks. We’ve seen several newcomers enter the region, all with a solid level of ingredient variety, dosages, and innovation, with AS Nutrition being one of the newer names on the scene in Sweden.

Hydrater is one of the newest supplements from AS Nutrition, and it is a great reflection of what kind of efficacy and reliability you get from the still relatively young brand. As the name implies, Hydrater is entirely about hydration and performance, but it is a far cry from your standard blend of electrolytes.

As Nutrition Pre Workout Selection

AS Nutrition’s Hydrater is loaded with electrolytes, with quality sources like CocoMineral, Himalayan pink salt, and PerforMelon providing a combined total of close to 2g of electrolytes, including half a gram of sodium, 700mg potassium, and 400mg magnesium. To further drive performance and endurance, you get 2g of betaine and a solid 3g of taurine, plus the ever-present and proven AstraGin to maximize absorption and overall efficacy.

Again, AS Nutrition doesn’t hold back in the formulation department, and Hydrater is a great example as many of its other products, like the stimulant pre-workout Stimmer, pump-powering Pumper, and daily essential Multi. You can purchase Hydrater through the Swedish sports nutrition retailer The Supplement Shop, where it costs kr 299 (33.10 USD) in Unflavored and Mango Lemon, and there you can check out the rest of the brand’s catalog.
