International brands do a great job at letting you know what kinds of flavors and tastes are accepted and appreciated around the world, and when you get into the Asian market, that is very obvious, as it’s no longer fruit punch, blue raspberry, chocolate, and vanilla. Lush Protein from Singapore has started the year with an extension to its protein supplement Lean Protein, separate from its other competitors in that space, like Clear Protein and Better Whey.
Lush Protein’s Lean Protein relies on whey concentrate and skim milk for 20g of protein per serving, and despite the name, it is not overly lean in other parts of the nutrition profile with 12g of carbohydrates, 2g of fat, and 148 calories. There were two flavors available for that supplement in Thai Milk Tea and Taro, and very shortly, there will be a third in Peach Oolong Milk Tea for a smooth blend of peach and lightly floral oolong tea finished with creamy milk tea.
We said that Lush Protein will soon have a third flavor for Lean Protein, as at the moment, the Singaporean supplement company is only taking pre-orders for its new Peach Oolong Milk Tea extension. Over the next couple of weeks, Lush is selling full-size bags starting at $57 (45.05 USD) each, and it does have a minimum, where if it doesn’t get 200 pre-orders, the product will not be produced, customers won’t be charged, and orders won’t go out.
