Most of the new supplements we’ve seen from Pure Nutrition have been pretty stripped down and straightforward, featuring a single ingredient or family of ingredients. This time around, we’ve got something much more advanced from the brand in a pre-workout officially titled Fundamental, and it is very true to the name. The product doesn’t go too extensive in variety of components, sticking to all of the familiar pre-workout staples.
To deliver muscle pumps, Pure Nutrition’s Fundamental comes with 6g of straight citrulline and 2.5g of betaine, and a gram of taurine and 3.2g of beta-alanine to support performance and endurance. The brand has a fair amount of fuel for energy and focus, too, with 1.5g of tyrosine taking care of the mental side and a moderate 300mg of caffeine to enhance energy, and it’s all topped off with AstraGin to improve absorption and efficacy.
As mentioned, Pure Nutrition’s straightforward, balanced Fundamental pre-workout sticks to the ingredients you know at respectable dosages to have a noticeable effect. It is essentially a value-focused or mainstream-level supplement, supporting all of the benefits you could want in a pre-workout. The supplement is out now in Pure’s core Mexican market in two flavors, Mango Pineapple and Mint Lime Freeze, with 30 servings a tub.
