MuscleTech puts over half a gram of electrolytes in its FZZR hydration supplement

Muscletech Effn Hydrate

MuscleTech’s Eff’n Series is a unique collection of supplements that are packaged in single-serving stick packs, but it’s not in the traditional powder format or even pills. The legacy sports nutrition powerhouse uses the still relatively new and intriguing FZZR Technology, an effervescent bead delivery system. You pour the pack into a cup of water or bottle, wait for it to all dissolve away, then sip and enjoy the benefits.

We recently shared Eff’n Energy, which is MuscleTech’s energy and focus-enhancing entry in the family, and here we’re going through Eff’n Hydrate. As the name suggests, Eff’n Hydrate is a dedicated electrolyte product to support hydration, performance, and recovery. It features a variety of vitamins and a combined electrolyte count of over half a gram with just 2g of carbohydrates, no sugar, and five calories.

MuscleTech’s Eff’n Hydrate is similar to Eff’n Energy in the sense that it gives you exactly what its title calls out, all in a compact stick pack where you pour, dissolve, and go. It’s an alternative experience compared to your standard electrolyte-backed hydration supplement thanks to the extra fizz from the delivery system. Eff’n Hydrate comes in Lemonade Fizz and Orange Fizz flavors, in boxes of 20 servings for around $30.
