Optimum Nutrition re-entering the pre-workout market with Gold Standard Pre-Workout

Gold Standard Pre-Workout re-entering Optimum Nutrition back into the pre-workout market

Optimum Nutrition has surfaced as the next big name to enter, or re-enter the pre-workout market. At the moment the veteran brand’s Platinum Series Pre is their main entry, which was released just over two years ago around the time of the 2012 Olympia. The title of Optimum’s upcoming pre-workout is again quite simple, although this time it borrows their iconic protein title officially called Gold Standard Pre-Workout. Looking at the front of the bottle we can confirm three main highlights with 175mg of caffeine, 1.5g of beta-alanine and 3g of creatine monohydrate. The image that has come in is quite large, which also confirms a few more ingredients in AstraGin, l-citrulline, acetyl-l-carnitine and n-acetyl-l-tyrosine. While it is just the seven features we know of, what may or may not be a fraction of Gold Standard Pre-Workout’s contents. We do know all the variants of the new Optimum energizer. In total the supplement will have five flavors, blueberry lemonade, fruit punch, green apple, pineapple and watermelon. All five will be available in two sizes a 30 serving and presumably someone’s exclusive with a 20% extra 36 serving, as well as a fruit punch four serving. From here we can only be on the look out for the product, as despite all the exciting details, we have no idea on when Optimum’s Gold Standard Pre-Workout will be launched.
