Brazil’s Black Skull calls out MuscleMeds Carnivor

Like most visitors to the Arnold Classic, Columbus Ohio was our first encounter with the Brazilian brand Black Skull. While we had not seen or ever heard of the brand before, they had a pretty big presence at the event introducing future fans to their eight different supplements. Despite being quite new to us it seems they’ve already decided to name at least one of their enemies, singling out one of the more major brands out there. In a direct call out by Black Skull, MuscleMeds flagship formula Carnivor was compared to their beef protein powder Hannibal. You can see the image for yourself down below where Black Skull write “você savé calcular o teor protéico por dose da sua proteína favorita” which vaguely translates to “calculate the protein content per serving of your favorite protein”. The brand back up their argument by comparing Carnivor’s serving size of 37g with 23g of protein to their 35g packing 29g of protein, working out to 20% more protein per serving. Black Skull don’t actually name MuscleMeds or Carnivor in the picture or description, but it is obviously the Predator’s protein they use in the image. Whether this is the start of a war against MuscleMeds or against all of the brand’s competitors. It is very rare that you see a call out like this especially with Black Skull showing the supplement they’re talking about instead of blurring it out.
