Really individual items, creatine, post workout, pre-workout, GH and T boosters. Several weight loss products and a sweet range of vitamins. Their protein is really a sideshow. Golden Gains features just one flavour. Homemade Apple Pie. Not one of those flavours that is made up of the ingredients, actually one that could almost be seen as creative. Maybe a special edition but not just the only flavour you offer. With a little more then just a few goodies tucked under the protein count, this powder gives most mass gainers a run for their money. Sneaking in just 15 servings. Golden is a sure fire protein for the carb enthusiast. 41g with 1g of that sugar and only 21g of protein the price tag is more then suitable based on other mass gaining proteins. Kept all in the regular 2lb tub, Controlled seemed to grab the idea from AST’s mass gainer XGF. The general review on this is good, high quality and a lot of extra content. Let’s hope the clearing of this dinosaur means to make way for an actual protein from Controlled.
