Muscle Milk Vs. Monster Milk, which one is best for me?

From Stack3d

Monster and Muscle Milk are made by Cytosport. This is for all the people who have that question, which one is best for me? Monster Milk has the higher price tag but do not let that fool you. It has a better value per gram of protein than the original. Both have 310 calories as well, however Muscle Milk’s is made up of carbs and fat, where Monster has half the fat and two thirds the carbs. If you drink a protein shake post-workout then Monster Milk is the way to go. If you drink a protein shake more than once a day then Monster Milk should be used post-workout and Muscle Milk for meal replacements. Monster also includes higher quality amino acids, creatine and BCAAs.
