There has been a rise in pre-workout supplements over the past year or so. Most brands are carrying a concentrate or energy product along with protein, weight loss and testosterone. Up until now you probably could have taken an entire line without any worry. The question answered here is, can I take Hydroxystim and Neurocore together? No you can not. Same goes with OxyElite and Jack3d, Hyper FX and Hyper Shred (not so bad) or Hemo Rage and Lipo 6 concentrate. Some may argue, there may even be a few that think there is nothing wrong with it. Basically it is unsafe, too many stimulants can really do some damage, so pick one or the other.
