How do I use a pre-workout? They do not ‘build muscle’

Pre-workouts are becoming sort of an issue. In fact a lot of people believe that they can actually build muscle. The idea behind an energy boosting supplement is just that, it will boost your energy. It is true, they will provide you with the power to train harder, send your pump, drive and strength through the roof. Just taking the supplement will not make you grow, you still need to be eating, resting and training correctly. The ideal way to use a pre-workout is for an intensity check. Use maybe once or twice a week, you should be able to train just as hard on it as you can off it. The curse of addiction is not what anybody wants, use them as little possible, avoid the need for a pre-workout for as many sessions as possible.
