Usually these sorts of supps include testosterone or hormone ingredients this one however is made of pure sleep aiding contents. Valerian root, GABA, Melatonin, a high dose of Tryptophan and to top it off some 5-HTP. This is the first product to ever include all 5 of these ultra powerful ingredients which makes this one of the strongest in it’s category. When purchasing REM P.M. turn a blind eye to where MAN tries to pass this off as a weight loss supplement. It does have green tea and L-carnitine but those two are not enough to get excited about.
