ISS Research are big hitters with their protein bar range. Not so long ago they started leaking out other supplements that were in powder form. Today their Total Mass System is being put into the spotlight. It turns out that if you are good at making bars you just might be equally as good at making protein powders. This weight gainer does not pack enough in to claim mega gainer status, it does bring to the table a powerful balance that gives it the ability to work well with most diets. It levels out at 690 calories, made up of 40g protein, 6g fat, 120g carbs, 5g of fiber and only 7g of sugar. The rare combination of ingredients will definitely puts this into more shakers than 1000+ calorie gainers like Serious or Real Mass.
