Grenade has now officially launched its two new protein supplements, Muscle Machine Lean and Muscle Machine Mass. For those that missed our original post on the pair and don’t quite know what separates the two. Basically Lean is as you’d expect a lean gainer, with Mass designed more for size featuring a total of 1,000 calories. As mentioned both are now available from the brand’s own store (UK and EU only) with Mass priced at £49.99, and Lean at £64.99 or £1.99 for a half serving sample.
