After a lot less drama than we had in the first week of round two of the Protein Wars, the final four proteins for the quarterfinals have been confirmed. While some contests were close, there were a couple that ended on extremely convincing percentages. The two supplements that won by the biggest margins were Nutrabio Whey Protein Isolate on a strong 78% against Animal Whey, and last year’s winner Machine Whey with 67% against newcomer ANS Performance N-Pro.
As for the two battles that really came right down to the wire. We had international brand Myprotein just beat out Dymatize on 57%, and the real surprise of the contest, AI Sports winning by the same margin on 57% against American Metabolix Premium Whey. All four winners are now up again this week alongside Rivalus, Muscle Sport, BSN and Muscle Elements in the Protein Wars quarterfinals.
