All new Amino1 mostly made up of amino acids

As well as unveiling the gainer Clean Mass at the Arnold, MusclePharm has also introduced a new version of its amino cocktail Amino1. The brand appears to have kept all of the original’s vitamins and minerals at slightly different doses, with all the big changes coming in the main ingredients area. MusclePharm seems to have removed most of the extras, and held on to only aminos and coconut water.

The main features in the new Amino1 are 5g of BCAAs at MusclePharm’s usual 3:1:2 ratio, 3g arginine HCl, 1g each of taurine, alanine, glutamine and glycine, and lastly 200mg of coconut water powder. As you can see we can also now tell you doses for each of Amino1’s ingredients as unlike its predecessor, the new version is 100% transparent.
