Last year we saw Optimum Nutrition bring back its seasonal protein flavor Pumpkin Pie for its iconic protein competitor Gold Standard Whey. The product was actually launched through the deal website Groupon, which is exactly what has happened again this year. Optimum has officially brought back Pumpkin Pie Gold Standard this month, with stock now available at groupon.com.
Just like every other time the flavor has been released, Optimum has only produced a limited amount of Pumpkin Pie Gold Standard. Groupon has confirmed that it only has a total of 2,000 tubs available which sounds like a lot, although it could of course end up going fairly quickly. The deal website currently has the product priced at $29.99, almost exactly the same as the likes of Bodybuilding.com.
